Service Description
Friday, February 28th, join us for a magical evening of sauna, silliness and stillness. We are preparing ourselves up for the Worm Moon cycle with an evening of resetting ourselves physiologically through the heat of the sauna, and neurologically with the cold of the sea. We'll contemplate and connect around a fire beforehand, and close with a yummy vegan treat. We meet at 6.30pm outside the sauna on Oxwich Bay, with a welcome circle around a fire. There will be the option to dip in the sea before we begin our journey of hot/cold therapy with the heat of the sauna and the refreshing sea/fresh cool air. Afterwards we'll return to our circle, enjoy tea & cake, and close our time together at about 8.30pm. As a special treat for Connect Members, this is included in the membership for free!
Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
