Let's come together to reset, and embed our intentions for the year ahead, with a relaxing evening.
Service Description
Wednesday 29th January, 7.15pm Join Rose for the Snow New Moon Gathering, where we will be in the beautiful setting of Down to Earth Project's Little Bryn Gwyn (SA3 1BG). This gorgeous venue creates a sense of being completely embraced by nature, with it's construction of natural materials, with the comfort of a log burner making it a very a cosy space. We will ease into some breathwork, guided meditation and journaling. There will be space to connect, relax and BE. This session will focus on resetting our energy for the new lunar cycle through various meditation and relaxation techniques, and honing in on our intentions for the lunar year ahead. We'll use Sharon Blackie's Rooted Woman deck to inspire us, and there will be tea & cake to close our session, which will end about 8.45pm. Please bring along a journal and pen, a blanket and cushion. The moon gathering is running after our weekly Vinyasa class (6-7pm), which you are also very welcome to join - please book on at www.breathoflifeyoga.co.uk/book-online if you'd like to come to class as well. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
