Service Description
Thursday, 20th March, 6am in Port Eynon. The change of season calls for celebration and seeking...join me for this pivotal point in the year, the Spring Equinox. This is the perfect time for coming together to share some powerful practices. We'll enjoy sunrise meditation - an awakening practice, some energising movement and yummy breakfast snacks with tea to close. There will be the chance to dip in the sea, for those who'd like to. We meet at 6am and our time together should end by about 7.45/8am. There are warm outdoor showers at the beach for anyone who'd like to freshen up before setting off. We'll spend our time in Port Eynon on the beach front - we'll keep a close eye on the weather, and if it's unsuitable we will adapt the session and enjoy the practices that fit for the moment. So come prepared whatever the weather, with a flexible mindset, and we will make the most of whatever is possible on the day. Those booked on will be kept updated with any changes to the plan. Everybody welcome - and this event is free for Connect Members!
Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
