Service Description
Saturday, February 1st, join Rose for an evening of celebration as we welcome Spring. We meet at 5.30pm, just as dusk sets in, by Ty Sawna on Oxwich Bay. We'll enjoy herbal tea together and connect with nature through three nurturing, playful practices - creating a nature mandala, a fire ritual for releasing & renewal, and an elemental meditation. Those who fancy it can immerse themselves in the sea before we begin our hot-cold therapy of alternating between the heat of the fire, and the cool of the sea (or simply standing outside). After our time in the sauna ends, we'll return to our fire circle for a delicious vegan treat, more tea and some medicine song singing. Our time together ends at 8.30pm, where we'll leave feeling refreshed and reawakened, ready for spring. This is an outdoor based event - so please bring plenty of warm layers, and waterproof clothing. We will have a shelter for our time outside of the sauna if it is raining. Remember to bring two towels for the sauna, and you might like to bring something to sit on like a camping chair or yoga mat. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
