Service Description
Friday March 14th at 5.45pm we gather together for the Full Moon. Meeting at Caswell Bay, we'll wash away anything that is getting in our way of growth with an optional dip in the sea. We'll then honour the Worm Moon with breath work, guided visualisation and journal prompts, all whilst soaking in the dusk light. There will be a hot drink and snack to enjoy. This event is about embracing nature, and takes place outdoors, unless the weather is really awful, in which case we will take shelter nearby. Please come prepared for all conditions with plenty of layers, a waterproof, a blanket to sit on/snuggle up in when sitting, and if you may struggle to sit on the ground you may prefer to bring a camping chair for comfort. Remember to bring a pen and journal also. We meet at 5.45pm at the main entrance to Caswell Bay (by the benches, cafes and steps), and we will likely walk over to the far side of the beach, along the road to get there. Our session ends 7.15pm - please bear in mind that it will be getting dark by then, so you might want to bring a torch to make your way back to your car/home. Everything is completely optional, so only enter the sea if it feels safe and fun for you to do so - note that you are responsible for your own safety. Be aware of the risks of cold water immersion, and consider preparing your body with cold water exposure prior to the event if you do intend on dipping. Please do not enter the sea if conditions are unsafe. As always, there are two gifted spaces available to anybody who would otherwise struggle to be there. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
